We strive for perfection, but in the unlikely event a product reaches you damaged, scratched or just not up to the mark, we will offer a full refund WITHIN 7 days of the product delivery.

Warranty
All our Tsara products sold via the website, come with a 1 year warranty. While we are confident they will withstand the elements, the warranty covers imperfections in craftsmanship or raw material. The warranty does not extend to scratches or darkening of the product in case of contact with water.
We advise storing your product in a dry area, away from liquids, especially water and perfume.
Lifetime exchange guarantee
If a time ever comes, either months or even years after your Tsara purchase, where you feel the urge to try something new, we have the perfect solution.
Our lifetime exchange guarantee offers you the chance to exchange your Tsara product (obviously in pristine condition) for store credit. This means that upon exchange, if the original product is in acceptable condition, you receive store credit worth 50% of the product’s billed amount.
The offer is valid only for products bought directly from our website and does not extend to custom created jewellery.
Store credit is valid for up to 30 days after the exchange is confirmed.
